1. Accepting these terms

By using fixman.com.pl you agree to what is written on this page. If you do not agree with it, the remedy is simple: do not use the site. These terms apply to everyone who visits, whether or not they convert anything.

2. What the service actually is

YTMP3 is a web tool that takes a link to a publicly visible YouTube video and produces a downloadable file from it, either as video (MP4) or as audio (MP3). It is free, it needs no account, and it is offered as-is.

YTMP3 is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google, or any content owner, and it has no privileged access to any of them. It can only do what any visitor to YouTube could do, by hand.

3. What you are entitled to download

This is the part that matters, so it is not buried. Whether a download is lawful depends on the video and on where you are — not on the tool you used to make it. In practice:

• Usually fine: your own uploads; videos published under a licence that permits copying; material in the public domain; content you have been given explicit permission to keep.
• Usually not fine: commercial films, television programmes, paid courses, and music or video belonging to somebody else, where you have no permission.
• Never fine: anything you intend to redistribute, sell, or present as your own.

YTMP3 cannot make this judgement for you, and using this site does not transfer any rights to you.

4. What is not allowed

• Using the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's copyright.
• Automated bulk scraping, or any use designed to overload the service or evade its rate limits.
• Attempting to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or the infrastructure behind it.
• Reselling the service, or presenting it as your own.

Where these limits are abused, access may be blocked without notice.

5. Copyright complaints

If you hold rights in a video and want it blocked from conversion, the copyright page sets out exactly what to send. YTMP3 blocks the specific video identifier on request, so the tool refuses it outright rather than merely hiding it.

6. Availability and changes

The service is offered as it happens to be running. It may be unavailable, it may be slow, and it may stop working for a particular video or entirely, without notice. Features may change or be withdrawn. No uptime is promised and none should be assumed.

7. Limits on our liability

YTMP3 is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site — including lost data, lost time, or any claim brought against you by a third party because of something you downloaded. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is nothing.

8. Your responsibility to us

If a claim is made against YTMP3 because of how you used the site — for example, because of something you downloaded and then distributed — you agree to be responsible for the consequences of that use.

9. Privacy

What is and is not recorded when you convert a video is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Other sites

YTMP3 links to other pages, and other pages link to YTMP3. We have no control over sites we do not run and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their privacy practices.

11. If one of these terms fails

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force exactly as written.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which YTMP3 is operated, and any dispute falls to the courts of that jurisdiction.
